By using Priorself, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Service
Priorself is a personal task-timing and self-improvement app. We provide it on an "as-is" basis, and reserve the right to add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
- You're responsible for the data you record and how you use the app.
- You may not use the app for illegal purposes or to harass others.
3. Subscriptions (Pro)
- Pro features are sold as subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage them in your App Store / Play Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, per their policies.
- Pricing may change with notice. Existing subscribers' rates are honored until renewal.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by Utenx. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute them. Your own session data is yours.
5. Disclaimer
Priorself is a personal tracking tool, not a coach or medical advisor. Any health, fitness, or productivity outcomes are your responsibility. We make no guarantees about results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utenx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
